Feminism

Whenever the topic of feminism comes up around people they begin to become scared and scurry away.  However, it is not something to be afraid of. Feminism is just the equality of the sexes in every aspect. For example, if a man sleeps with multiple women he is considered "the man" or "the champ". However, when a girl decides to sleep with multiple men she is considered a "whore" or a "slut". A man should be consider a "whore" or "slut" too or a woman should be considered "the girl" or "the champ" also. Feminism has nothing to do with women running the world, in fact its all about equality and peace.

Perceptions of girls

Men in today's society have an image of a girl that is impossible to reach. They want a curvy girl with no stomach, perfect skin, a dazzling smile, and an ass bigger than Neptune. For us girls however,  that causes many problems and insecurities. Personally, I am always worried about my body and appearance because I am afriad the boy I like will not be interested. Many thoughts run through our heads like ,"Is he not texting me because Im not pretty enough?" or "Will he ever like me back?" If us girls knew that men actually care about personality and not materialistic things and a perfect appearance. Once men express that then it will take a huge load off of our shoulders.

Homelessness

As I was sitting at home with my babe over the weekend (babe being Netflix) I decided to watch a documentary called Lost Angeles . This documentary was about the residence of Skid Row and how the government is kicking them off the streets with no where to live. The government is basically killing its own people off in order to make somewhere look "more appealing to the eye". This documentary showed how 2/3 or homeless people are either drug addicts, have a mental illness, or are both combined. It was an eye opening thing to hear because slowly, but surely, people realize that the government truly does not care about its people. In order to help the homeless we as a community should start opening more mental institutions to get them the help they need rather than passing out sandwiches. We should do what really matter and help from the inside.

Oppression

There is a very sad truth but somebody has to address it.... The fact is the black man still is and always will be oppressed. I've seen my brothers and family members walk in the store with me and be followed around because he "Looks suspicious", I've had police officers stop my family and I for checks but we like to call it Breathing while Black. Many people who do not go through the things African American males and females have to encounter will not understand just how bad it is and how much it truly affects us as a society. Segregation has never ending and in my opinion never will because we all always be defined by the color of our skin.

The Horrible.. HORRIBLE Scare

 With the world around us collapsing today, many people have lost hope in today's society. Things have been hitting us left and right just destroying us as a whole. One major thing that is scaring everybody is the new disease in America, Ebola. Ebola, said by the government can only be attained by bodily fluids but lets be realistic.... The government have lied to us time and time again so why wouldn't they lie to us now. The government has lied to us time and time again in order to keep panic levels down.
